Frequent Flyer Program

Availability

At this time, the Bimini Island Air frequent flyer program is only available for On-Demand Shared Charter flights between Ft. Lauderdale, Bimini, and Marsh Harbour Bahamas.

 

Accruing Points

When you purchase a ROUNDTRIP ticket, you will accrue ONE point. When you have a total of TEN points, you will earn ONE FREE ROUNDTRIP ticket. Keep in mind that you must purchase a ROUNDTRIP ticket in order to recieve a point. Oneway tickets are NOT valid in the frequent flyer program.

 

Recieving Points

In order to receive your point, you must be in possession of a frequent flyer card. You can find these at any Bimini Island Air ticket counter, or you can ask your Flight Attendant for one. If you purchase your ticket in person, you must give your frequent flyer card to the agent so you can receive your point. If you purchase your ticket via www.FlyBia.com or over the phone, simply bring your frequent flyer card with you and present it to the Agent when checking in for your flight. ***If you have purchased FLY BIA PACK VOUCHERS, they DO NOT count towards this program.

 

Collecting your Reward

To redeem your reward, you MUST have a total of TEN points on your frequent flyer card. When you want to book your free ticket, you can simply take your frequent flyer card to an Agent to make your reservation. Keep in mind that you MUST book SEVEN days in advance. International taxes are not included and would have to be paid at the time of redemption.

Pre-Paid FLY BIA Pack Vouchers

FLY BIA flight vouchers may be used just like a ticket and will be honored for flights between the specific city pairs. Vouchers are transferable to someone else. FLY BIA Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and all conditions of carriage, including $50 change fee, and all taxes apply. FLY BIA pack vouchers are not valid for travel on certain holiday peak times.

 

Current Black Out Dates where Vouchers will not be permitted are as follows: November 20, 23, 29, 30, December 26, 27, 28, January 2, 3, 4
